Return Policy and cancellation

At MCOutfitPlanner, every product is individually crafted to your preferences. To ensure the best experience, we always confirm your order details together before production starts.

Order Process

• Once you contact us, a dedicated team member will assist you in choosing fabric, color, and style.
• During this stage, we will guide you on how to take your measurements correctly or, if you prefer, help you choose the right standard size.
• For clients in Cantabria (Santander) and selected regions across Spain, we offer made-to-measure tailoring appointments to assist you directly.
• After you confirm all details, your order will be processed and production will begin immediately.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Alterations

• Since every product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds except in the case of a clear production error.
• In case of a production error, you must provide photos of the issue (wearing the product and/or with measurement tape). If approved, we will notify you immediately.
• Please note: incorrect self-measuring does not qualify as production error. Minor alterations may be necessary for a first-time order.
• Any approved alterations must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please declare the shipment as “zero value – for alteration only.

Taxes & Duties

• All prices on our website are listed in EUR and do not include customs duties or taxes.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country of delivery.
